Please click on the link below to request a registration package, or click directly on the link to register your child in either our Daycare, or our Out of School Care. We require a registration package for each child. When you have completed the registration package, please save it to your computer and email us your package to admin@core-care.ca.
When completing the registration forms, please ensure you are filling out physical addresses for yourself and for all emergency contacts. Once the form(s) have been completed, please drop off to our Administrator or email to: admin@core-care.ca
